Cancellation policy

At Como Lac, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide clarity and fairness for both our guests and property owners.

1. Cancellation Window

  • Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 14 days before the scheduled check-in date.​

2. Refund Policy

  • Full Refund: If the cancellation is made within the allowed time frame (as outlined in Section 1), the guest will receive a full refund, including the security deposit and any cleaning fees.

  • Moderate Reservations:

    • Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 14 days before the scheduled check-in date.

    • Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date:

      • If the cancellation is made between 14 and 7 days before check-in, guests will receive a 50% refund of the booking fee. Cleaning fees and security deposits will be fully refunded.

      • If the cancellation is made less than 7 days before check-in, no refund will be provided for the booking fee. However, cleaning fees and security deposits will still be refunded.

  • Partial Refund: For Flexible and Strict Reservations, cancellations made after the free cancellation window but at least 72 hours before check-in will receive a 50% refund of the booking fee. The security deposit and cleaning fees will be fully refunded.

  • No Refund: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the check-in date are not eligible for a refund, except for cleaning fees and security deposits.

3. Early Departures

No refunds will be issued for early check-outs or unused nights unless agreed upon in advance under special circumstances.

4. Special Circumstances

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies), guests may be eligible for a full refund or credit for future stays. Proof of the circumstance may be required.

5. Non-Refundable Fees

Service fees charged by Como Lac or third-party platforms may not be refundable. These details will be disclosed at the time of booking.

6. How to Cancel

To cancel your reservation, please contact us at info@comolac.com or use our online portal. The cancellation will take effect from the time you notify us.

7. Property Owner’s Cancellation

In the rare case that the property owner cancels the reservation, guests will receive a full refund, including all fees, or assistance in rebooking an alternative property.

We encourage guests to carefully review our cancellation terms before making a reservation to ensure a smooth and transparent experience. Thank you for choosing Como Lac.
